Locate the Order
If a return label is not included in your order, go to ‘Profile’ in the app.
Download the return label
Tap ‘Active Orders’ in the order tab.
Follow the prompts to obtain a return label.
Drop Off
Select a UPS location for drop off.
The return label will download onto your phone.
Will I get charged for a return?
Returns are free as long as the items are returned in the received condition or gently used.
