How do On the House Products work?
On the House is Flip's frequent flier program that rewards users with access to free products for shopping, posting, and engaging with the Flip community.

There are 4 On the House tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Icon. The higher your tier, the more you earn toward free products. For every dollar spent, you will receive value toward OTH products based on your OTH tier:
Silver earns $0.50 toward On the House for every $1 spent.
Gold earns $1 for every $1 spent.
Platinum earns $2.50 for every $1 spent.
Icon earns $4.00 for every $1 spent.
On the House Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

The amount you have to spend on On the House products is based on how much the size of your cart and your On the House tier. We do not limit the number of On the House products you can get.
